1. Our Accessibility Commitment
DeepDive is dedicated to building an inclusive, usable digital experience. We continuously refine site structure, keyboard controls, color contrast, and assistive device compatibility.
2. Accessibility Features Implemented
The platform currently implements several core Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) practices:
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, modal dialogs, and navigation controls support standard Tab and Escape key handlers.
- Skip to Content Link: A dedicated
.skip-linkis available on every page to bypass top navigation. - Visible Focus Indicators: High-contrast cyan focus rings (`:focus-visible`) indicate focused form controls and links.
- Semantic Structure: Single `
` per page, hierarchical section headings, and explicit ARIA labels.
- Image Alt Attributes & Lazy Loading: Descriptive alt text and native `loading="lazy"` attributes on non-critical images.
- Reduced Motion Support: CSS `prefers-reduced-motion` media queries disable non-essential animations for users with motion sensitivity.
